Cancellation and Refund Policy
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course start date: Full refund minus administrative fee of £25
- Cancellations made 7-14 days before the course start date: 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date: No refund available
- Course transfers to future dates may be available at our discretion
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses due to insufficient enrolment or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, participants will be offered either a full refund or transfer to an alternative date.
Intellectual Property
